Acquisition of Irish medical device firm

CREGANNA Medical Devices has acquired Wicklow-based Screentech Medical which supplies medical devices.

The acquisition brings a suite of technologies to Creganna’s current product and service capabilities.

Creganna Medical Devices chief executive Helen Ryan said: “The acquisition of Screentech expands our moulding capabilities and gives us a strong platform to invest in state-of-the art moulding technology.”
