McGettigan to head Lifestyle Sports

FORMER Musgraves senior executive Eoin McGettigan has been named as the new chief executive of Lifestyle Sports.

Mr McGettigan takes over from Andy Sharkey next February. The sports retailer was taken over last year by the Stafford family.

“I am delighted to be joining Lifestyle Sports at this juncture in its development,” Mr McGettigan said yesterday.

Mr McGettigan joins Lifestyle Sports from Dunnes Stores, where he was senior director.
