Reox appoints three new directors

Reox Holdings Plc announced the appoint- ment of three new directors to its board, Liam McGreal, Michael Jacob and John Fitzgerald.

Liam McGreal was the chairman/managing director of the Kepak Group for 10 years.

Michael Jacob is a director of a number of companies in the banking, trading, construction and development, seafood and energy sectors including Anglo Irish Bank Corp Plc and SIAC Holdings Ltd.

John Fitzgerald was Dublin city manager for 10 years from 1996.

Reox Holdings Plc constitutes three business entities: the former Dairygold consumer foods business, which has been re-named Breeo Foods Ltd, Alchemy Properties Ltd, the property development business, and 4HOME.
