Directski acquires travel agency

Directski.com, the rapidly expanding Irish online ski tour operator has acquired McNeill Rigby Travel in a deal which will generate collective revenues in excess of €40m.

More than 35,000 ski passengers will be carried by the combined group in the 2006-2007 ski season and the total number of staff employed will be 60 in the Dublin and Belfast offices.
