Banks increase mortgage rates

BOTH Bank of Ireland Mortgages and ICS Building Society have announced rate increases across their portfolios of home and investment mortgage products, following on from last week’s European Central Bank (ECB) rate rise.

ICS is increasing the interest rate on its portfolio of Tracker Rate products by 0.25%. The increases will come into play today.
