QUALCERAM Shires plc announced that performance for the five months of 2006 was satisfactory and in line with expectations at their AGM yesterday.

Chairman, Peter Addison said group turnover is ahead of the corresponding period in 2005.

The group intends to announce its interim results for the six months ended 30 June, 2006 in September 2006.
