BoI 365 online fraud warning

Bank of Ireland has warned customers to ignore any emails relating to its online banking service, after the bank said “a small number” of customers had received emails last week directing them to a fake website, which prompted them to input their credit card details and PIN numbers.

While there was no security breach, the bank said customers who had responded to the email should call 1890 251 251.
