Deal with African state oil company

BURREN ENERGY set up by Irish businessman Finian O’Sullivan, has signed a deal with SNPC, the state-owned national oil company of the Republic of Congo, to allow SNPC take part in a production sharing agreement in the region.

The deal depends on new licences being granted and is subject to the approval of the Congloese parliament.
