BWG to open new €2.5m Value Centre store

Based previously in Trinity Street in Wexford, the store will open in the middle of October at the purpose-built, 19,000sq ft facility in Ardcavan Business Park. Value Centre Cash & Carry director for BWG Foods John Moane said: “the establishment of our new, improved Value Centre branch in Wexford is central to us further strengthening our position in the marketplace.

“The new centre will service clients in the wider Wexford area, and its establishment is consistent with the Value Centre strategy of investing in key strategic locations.

This new branch is a significant addition to the Value Centre national network of 27 branches offering a full range of products and services to our customer base across the retail grocery, food service and licensed trades.

“This development is in keeping with Value Centre’s objective of providing leading edge facilities and services to our expanding customer base and clearly underlines our commitment to continue to be a leading operator in this sector,” said Mr Moane.

“When it begins operations the Wexford Value Centre will be one of the most modern cash and carry’s in Ireland,” he added.
