Barclays calls for balanced financing

BARCLAYS Bank Ireland has called for balance between key participants in both the public and private sectors in the delivery and financing of infrastructure projects across Ireland.

Speaking at the All-Island Infrastructure Investment Conference in Dundalk yesterday, Niall Quinn, director of Barclays Bank Ireland, said delivering infrastructure “requires achieving a delicate balance between the key participants.”
