BCI signs County Media contract

The Broadcasting Commission of Ireland (BCI) has signed a 10-year contract with County Media Ltd to provide local radio services for the franchise areas of Cork City and County.

The firm operates Cork’s 96 FM and 103FM County Sound. 103FM County Sound will run an opt-out service for the West Cork region that will provide localised programming for the area.
