Ulster Bank to improve branches

ULSTER Bank Group announced a €73m investment in a branch improvement programme yesterday and also revealed a new brand identity to complement the improvement programme.

The improvement programme will roll out over the next three years to Ulster Bank’s 213 branches across Ireland, including all 123 branches in the Republic.

Chief executive Cormac McCarthy said: “Our customers have told us the branch network is important to them, so this investment is about making them more user-friendly.”
