First woman CSCA chairwoman

Margaret McCormick, FCA, has been elected the first woman chairwoman of the Cork Society of Chartered Accountants (CSCA), succeeding Billy O’Connor.

Ms McCormick who is a senior manager at Buckley, Kiely & Co, was elected at the society AGM held yesterday in the Kingsley Hotel. Susan McGrath of BDO Simpson Xavier succeeds Ms McCormick as secretary.
