Baltimore ‘has not seen’ court papers

Former computer security company Baltimore said it had not yet seen evidence of legal proceedings taken against it in the British high court by electronic payment services Earthport.

Earthport said last month it would take a case in relation to a series of agreements entered into in March 2001.

Earthport is seeking the return of €6.75 million paid under contracts, as well as damages for breach of contract and misrepresentation.
