Smart secure bond from New Ireland

Bank of Ireland subsidiary New Ireland Assurance has launched its smart secure bond, an investment product that offers 100% capital security and a guaranteed return of 2.25% per annum over a term of five years and 11 months.

The return on the investment will be based on 40% of the combined average growth of four selected stock markets.

The bond is open to investors with between €5,000 and €1 million to invest.
