Accountants not happy with legals

Legal changes have had a significant effect on the way accounts manage clients and do business, according to a new survey from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland.

Eighty one per cent of respondents said their working relationship with clients had changed due to new whistle-blowing provisions in Irish law.

56% felt the changes were restricting the services offered to small business.
