Sales of London Independent rise

TONY O’REILLY’S London Independent has achieved its highest sales since the launch of the tabloid format, according to the latest ABC audited sales.

The headline sale for October 2005 of 267,037 is the highest for more than eight years.

This month’s sale shows an increase of 1.7%, or more than 4,000 copies, compared to September.
