APN to list in New Zealand

APN News & Media, in which Independent News and Media has a 40.5% shareholding, will proceed with a full dual listing on the New Zealand Stock Exchange on June 21.

APN chief executive Brendan Hopkins said the dual primary listing would enable New Zealand investors to trade in APN shares through their local brokers, using local currency.
