Quigley retires from Glanbia

non-executive director Frank Quigley has retired from his position. The company has appointed John G Fitzgerald to the board in place of Mr Quigley.

Mr Fitzgerald previously served as a non-executive director of the company between September 1997 and May 2000. He holds a position as director of Glanbia Co-operative Society Ltd and also runs a farm near Kilmeaden, Co Waterford.
