The Irish victim of the bomb attack in Turkey yesterday has been officially named as Tara Whelan from Kilmeaden, Co Waterford.

non-executive director Frank Quigley has retired from his position. The company has appointed John G Fitzgerald to the board in place of Mr Quigley.
