Fitzwilliam to float as Getmobile

SHAREHOLDERS in investment group Fitzwilliam Capital yesterday approved a plan to acquire Getmobile and change the name of the company.

Fitzwilliam Capital will now be called Getmobile plc, which will list on the Dublin stock market this morning. The company is backed by businessman Pierce Casey.
