Tullow business expands

Tullow Oil told shareholders at its annual general meeting yesterday that the company continued to develop its business in its core areas of Britain, West Africa and South Asia.

The company also said the benefits of its acquisition of Energy Africa were beginning to feed through. The meeting was also told David Bamford had been appointed to Tullow’s boards as a non-executive director.
