Building contracts ‘must be improved’

CONTRACTS used to cover construction projects must be urgently improved, a seminar in Dublin was told yesterday.

Mark Varian of O’Donnell Sweeney Solicitors told delegates that standard contracts had failed to change to reflect the complexity in the industry.
