Brendan Rodgers will be better at Celtic than at Liverpool, says former colleague Mackay

Malky Mackay believes that in Brendan Rodgers' Celtic are getting a better manager than the one that led Liverpool to runners-up spot in the 2014 Premier League behind Manchester City writes Joe McHugh.

The circumstances in which that title was lost, a slip by Steven Gerrard against Chelsea followed by losing a two-goal lead at Crystal Palace, may be mocked by non-Liverpool fans but in the modern era it has become the high-water mark for the Anfield side.
