A ferry with more than 250 passengers and crew has capsized in stormy seas off the north-east coast of the Philippines.

Update 2.07pm: A ferry with more than 250 passengers and crew has capsized in stormy seas off the north-east coast of the Philippines.

About 240 people have been rescued, some with injuries, but at least four people have died and seven others are missing.
