Only surviving Paris attacks suspect to face judge
The only surviving suspect from last November's attacks in Paris is set to face an anti-terrorism judge for interrogation, after refusing past questioning in frustration at 24-hour video surveillance of his prison cell.
A helicopter circled over the Palace of Justice in central Paris as a car believed to be carrying Salah Abdeslam arrived this morning.

The 26-year-old kept silent at a hearing in May, and refused to attend a hearing in July.
His lawyer argued that the two live video cameras in his cell at Fleury-Merogis prison could cause psychological damage, but France's top administrative authority refused to order them to be removed.
Abdeslam, who was born in Belgium of Moroccan descent, was jailed after a months-long manhunt following the November 13 attacks on a rock concert, cafes and the national stadium in which 130 people were killed.
