Heavy flooding in China leaves 181 dead or missing

Water levels are starting to recede in central and eastern China following a week of heavy downpours that left at least 181 people dead or missing.

The rains broke flood barriers and flooded cities and villages, forced hundreds of thousands of people from their homes and halted public transport.
