Boy, 11, dies after being struck by car in 'hit-and-run' collision

An 11-year-old boy has died after being after being the victim of a hit-and-run collision.

Greater Manchester Police said the youngster was hit by a car on Moss Street West at the junction with Mowbray Street in Ashton-under-Lyne at 4.45pm
