Swiss train crash likely caused by ignoring of track signals

Signal-jumping is thought to have caused a head-on train crash in Switzerland, in which one person died and 35 were injured.

A train driver was killed when two regional trains collided yesterday evening, around 50 km from the capital, Bern.
