Protests planned as Putin accused of 'vote-rigging'
Protestors are planning demonstrations in Moscow later after Vladimir Putin was elected Russian President for a third term.
He told supporters he had won an open and honest contest, but opponents claim there was widespread fraud.
Officials have said with almost all ballots counted, Putin has 64% of the vote.
Journalist in Moscow Kevin O'Flynn has said the president is accused of vote-rigging.
