Soap viewer dials 999 to report EastEnders row

In England, Police are telling people not to abuse the 999 number after a caller rang in to report a fight on a TV soap.

The man rang in last month to report a brawl between Stacey Slater and Archie Mitchell from a 2009 episode of 'EastEnders'.

The British public should now dial 101 to make non-emergency calls to police forces across England and Wales.
