Woman gives young daughter vouchers for liposuction and breast surgery

A woman has given her seven-year-old daughter a liposuction voucher worth about £7,000.

Sarah Burge, who herself has undergone around 100 cosmetic procedures, gave the gift to her offspring Poppy, who "asks for surgery all the time".
