Renegade golf balls bother nuns
A golf club in the UK has had to change the layout of its course because nearby nuns keep getting hit by stray balls.
The club in Torquay received complaints from nuns at nearby convent school Stoodley Knowle, where they have bought two houses and are in the process of refurbishing them.
An agreement has been made to change the holes for fear one of the 14 women could be seriously injured.
Club secretary Colin Nolan said: "If the odd ball was going over the wall it would be all right, but when it is two or three balls a day then it becomes a bigger problem."
