OPEC has agreed to cut output to stop their prices falling, prompting fears that the cost of petrol could rise again.

The move has angered world leaders.

British Prime Minister Gordon Brown said he doesn't want to see motorists forced to spend more in the middle of a worldwide financial crisis.

OPEC President Chakib Khelil said today's decision has nothing to do the global meltdown.
