UK to probe allegations of assault on Iraqi teenager

Allegations an Iraqi teenager was assaulted by British soldiers are being investigated.

It is claimed the boy was attacked in Basra in 2003 when he was 14.

It comes days after it was announced the British Ministry of Defence will pay nearly £3m in compensation to the family of an Iraqi man beaten to death in the same year.
