Nuclear watchdog admits Iran remains a puzzle

The world’s nuclear watchdog knows less about Iran’s atomic programme now than it did a year ago, it admitted today.

The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency Mohamed ElBaradei said they still have no information about possible military applications of what Iran says is a purely civilian nuclear program.
