Stones fan avoids charges after rafters fall

A woman who broke both ankles and her wrist after falling from the rafters during a Rolling Stones concert in the US has avoided public disturbance charges.

At a hearing today in Boston city court, a magistrate declined to issue a public assembly charge that had been sought by police against Claire O’Leary, 20, of Westport, Connecticut.
