Wife killed by chainsaw after man's ladder plunge

A husband was today being treated for shock after his wife was killed in a tragic accident when he fell from a ladder while using a chainsaw.

The man, who has not been named, was pruning trees at the couple’s home in south-east London when the incident happened on Monday afternoon.
