Millionaire cuts up neighbour's body

Texan millionaire Robert Durst, acquitted of murdering his elderly neighbour, has been accused of evidence tampering for disposing of the body parts.

Durst told his trial last year that he accidentally shot Morris Black as they struggled for a gun. He claimed he panicked before cutting up the body and dumping the pieces in Galveston Bay in 2001.

Durst is the son of the late Seymour Durst, patriarch of the Durst Organisation, a billion-dollar real estate company that owns several New York skyscrapers.
