Four soldiers hurt in Afghanistan blast

Up to four British soldiers have been injured, but none killed, in an explosion near a military base in Afghanistan, the British Ministry of Defence said today.

The attack on a vehicle carrying the British soldiers came at around 7am Irish time during a memorial ceremony in the Afghan capital Kabul.
