Banker kills son, commits suicide
A former Wall Street investment banker who was deeply in debt killed his eight-year-old son before taking his own life by crouching in front of a commuter train.
His son, Eric, was found dead at the family home after Richard Josephs, 53, was struck and killed by a train in New Jersey
Josephs left his job in 2000 as director of debt securitisation for the Bank of Nova Scotia in New York.
In July, a bank sought to foreclose on the Joseph’s home, according to The Star-Ledger of Newark.
