Two dead as US jet crashes near Seoul

A US military passenger and cargo plane crashed today in a populated area south of Seoul, and local reports said the two Americans on board had died.

The C-12 Huron, a twin turboprop plane, went down seven miles south-west of the US base of Camp Humphreys, the military said.
