Nichols to face more Oklahoma charges
The US Supreme Court has ruled that a man convicted of involvement in the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing can stand trial on more charges.
Terry Nichols has already been convicted for conspiracy and involuntary manslaughter in connection with the bombing that killed 168 people.
Prosecutors now want to try him on 160 counts of first-degree murder and other charges. If convicted, Nichols could face the death penalty.
