A man of Tunisian origin has been arrested in Belgium on suspicion of recruiting fighters for Osama bin Laden's al-Qaida network.

A man of Tunisian origin has been arrested in Belgium on suspicion of recruiting fighters for Osama bin Laden's al-Qaida network.

Tarek Maaroufi, 36, has been detained with another man in Brussels.
