Clinton accuser to sue tycoon over unpaid riches

A woman who accused Bill Clinton of making a sexual advance towards her is suing a property tycoon she says promised her riches to drop a lawsuit against Clinton, but never paid up.

Paula Jones claimed the former US President propositioned her in 1991 in a Little Rock hotel room while he was Arkansas governor and she was a state employee.

A federal judge dismissed the lawsuit against Mr Clinton.

Resurrecting a claim that was dismissed in Dallas last year on procedural grounds, lawyers for Ms Jones have filed a lawsuit to force Abe Hirschfeld to pay the $1m (£670,000) he had promised publicly.

Hirschfeld, 81, is now in jail for an unrelated issue.
