Foot-and-mouth spreads to new area of Wales
A new case of foot-and-mouth has been confirmed in an area of Wales previously free of the disease.
A spokeswoman for the National Assembly for Wales said more than 500 cattle have been destroyed at Pentwyn Farm, Crumlin Road, Skewen, near Swansea.
