Barton in care

US actress Mischa Barton remained in hospital yesterday, two days after Los Angeles police said they escorted her from her home with an undisclosed medical problem.

Police said they removed the 23-year-old actress from her home on Wednesday afternoon for a medical problem. The department would not say what it was.
