Othman Hadi Al Maqboul al-Amri, 21st on the list of 26 issued by the Interior Ministry in December, surrendered in the area of Halba bani Amr, 744 miles south-west of the capital Riyadh. Al-Amri was later taken to the Red Sea port city of Jiddah for investigations, the official said.

The surrender call came with a warning that those who ignore it would face the "full might" of Saudi authorities.

Sa'aban bin Mohamed bin Abdullah Alleihi al-Shihri who was not among the 26 most-wanted surrendered last Thursday.

Over the past year, Saudi Arabia has seen suicide bombings, gunbattles and kidnappings targeting foreign workers in the kingdom. The attacks have been blamed on al-Qaida and sympathisers of the anti- Western terror network.
