Snipes challenges paternity lawsuit

ACTOR Wesley Snipes is suing New York City charging it has no jurisdiction to arrest him as part of an Indiana paternity case.

A New York family court judge issued an arrest warrant on foot of an interstate paternity petition filed by a woman who says the action star fathered her young son.

Snipes claims the woman is a mentally-ill former crack addict who has claimed to be the mother of other celebrities’ children.
