Apple admits the iPad Pro has issues
Reports have been coming in from a number of users saying that any time they plug in their tablet it won't respond to the wake button or any touches. Charging is something we have to do with our techy devices quite regularly, so this could be a bit of an issue.
The company had admitted that some units are becoming totally unresponsive after charging and is advising users to try a hard reset to bring it back to life. This involves pressing the home button and the sleep/wake button for around 10 seconds. Hold it until you see the Apple logo, provided the tablet isn't completely broken which would be a separate issue.
While the issue doesn't seem widespread it is unusual for Apple to concede that one of their devices has a problem. And while the solution is fairly simple, it's something which is less than ideal - what if someone was using the tablet for work and plugged it in to get some extra charge, effectively losing whatever they were working on. And this in a device which could cost up to a staggering €1300.
